My name is Jessica, and I’m a teacher in Portland, Oregon. I spend my free time traveling, and I love bringing back delicious and nutritious ideas to experiment with in my own kitchen. My food is often inspired by global flavors, usually spicy, sometimes indulgent, and always gluten free. At home, my garden reminds me of the splendor and bounty we have in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and I tend to incorporate something from our humble backyard garden-scape into much of what I create.
